Verbally abusive management & highly disorganized boutique firm Management is verbally abusive. Both the legal administrator /office manager & the attorney, Ms Emandi, yell at staff paralegals regularly and insult their abilities. Office is highly disorganized Compensation is below-market No family or sick leave is offered. There is little or no job security for employees who take maternity leave, so do not expect to work here a long time if you are pregnant. No benefits are offered to FT employees, incl health insurance and commuting stipends, and all FT employees are paid on hourly basis despite being "salaried".
