Very unhealthy work environment! This is NOT a healthy work environment. It is such a negative place with lots of dysfunction from every angle. You a placed in uncomfortable situations often, as the CEO talks poorly about all of his employees to others. The turnover is extremely high and zero room for growth or raises. You should only take a job here if you absolutely need to do so. Please also take a look at all the designs of the sites coming out of this company they are not up to par with the latest of anything.
