No training, false promises, ungodly work hours, pay is beyond terrible, no private life possible, travel Sundays return Friday evening, unskilled colleagues, politics, hypocritical managers and partners, unprofessional project managers, outdated company culture and practices, partners that still live in the middle ages, extremely high turnover, over promise to clients, company puts long hours and kiss clients butt above result, nickel and dime policy, partners want all the profit.
