Worst
No matter how important and urgent the situation is, the management does not respond to your calls or messages or email unless it is for their benefit. They are least concerned about what they supposed to do for employees but they expect 100% and perfect effort from employees in everything. The culture here is not professional at all rather it is masters and slaves culture. Even a marketing guy behaves like a rude superior and tries to eat up much possible from employee?s salary. Joining here is killing peace in your life.
