You can do a whole lot better than Exzac Technology is obsolete. You will not use your full potential or advance yourself professionally during your stay with Exzac (aka Matrix IFS). The company doesn't really care about exposing the employees to new technologies - as long as you're billable and making money, why should the company invest more of its time and money in you? CEO and management seem to have no technological understanding and their only agenda seem to be to make sure the projects stay alive. Managing directors seem to not last more than a year. Raises almost don't exist and no bonuses. No 401k match by the company too.
