A Creative Agency -NOT Morale is in the gutter. Don't believe the website, there's a lot of BIG EGOS here! People love to hear themselves talk. Company is top-heavy, no room for advancement and about to crumble. Egotistic account management that smear great work, add problems yet offer no solutions and will be the first to point fingers when things go south. Angry clients, this so-called "Agency" fails to set client expectations and account will make creative decisions!!! The culture? like a ER waiting room, people are over-worked, walking-dead, and robotic. God forbid you play music like some other agencies, they'll tell you to turn it down. But when clients come to visit, they tell you to turn it up. "A creative agency" it's like a really bad joke.
