Abusive obsessive management Abusive management. Unqualified staff as well as confused CEO. Low pay for amount of work required. They bring in a new CEO that's supposed to be the savior of the JCC. He has to increase their numbers so the first thing he decides to do to make money is let go of higher earning qualified staff and then he looks wonderful in the boards eyes. It doesnt take a degree or experience to cut salaries and say how you increased the numbers. Foolish. Whats more foolish is the board doesn't even see this. It's a side show and the CEO is leading the circus show into ruin.
