Avoid this black hole Several bullies are allowed to run roughshod over the rest of the company, even people not in their department. Upper management is all family, so no way to break in even if you're a rock star. LOTS of family in-fighting that results in micro-management and conflicting instructions...you just have to keep your head down until these blow over and hope for the best. Managers have no power to actually manage because it's all dictated by the family. No regard for employee health. Blatant racism and sexism is excused as "that's just the way s/he is." A few employees exhibit extremely childish behavior and it's just accepted.
