avoid unless you cannot find any other job very toxic and noisy work environment., Helpdesk is a real mess.. guys have no idea and Acct Mgmt is trying to make the client happy at any cost giving the technical staff so much pain and stress. Management only think about retaining client and money. They do over sell to clients. you will hardly find a friend in here.
