She lies to clients, employees, family members, etc. I can?t stress enough how toxic Liz Robbins is and how toxic she makes it to work for her. She and her top confidante could complicate the future job opportunities of some staff members who sought to leave. Employee\intern turnover rate is at an all-time high. Once people come into the office and deal with Liz, they cannot run fast enough. Low-level employees and interns are asked to perform duties which are demeaning like falsify charity tax papers, clean dirty shoes, scrub the refrigerator, drop items off at her apartment all the time. Liz often squanders time and mental energy on trivial matters.
