Bad management and terrible work environment The manager creates a hostile work environment and does not treat employees with respect. Deadlines are unreasonable and when it becomes busy even more so. Management is okay with having two employees do the work of six without fair compensation. The manager has no respect for company rules and company polices. Most employees are salary and work overtime with no benefits or compensation otherwise. Praise for doing well is almost non-existent but criticism and reprimands are frequent and consistent day to day. Manager does not respect employee's private life obligations outside of the company. No advancement opportunities unless you work in the corporate office in New Jersey.
