Bullies Bullies. I?ve never worked somewhere where managers were more childish than the employees. They talk bad about people all day, gossiping and acting like no one can hear them, and giving special treatment to employees they?re friends with. If you?re not best friends with your manager, don?t even bother. It?s like kindergarden, and HR doesn?t care. If you go to HR they treat you like an inconvenience and never actually help. For how cheap this company is, it?s not worth leaving and feeling bad every day.
