Company filled with talent but incredibly toxic and destructive Emotionally abusive management that do not value their workers and make them believe they don't deserve a proper raise. Workers are manipulated and pinned against each other at the manager's own satisfaction. Workers are expected to work around the clock and are left feeling guilty for taking off the afternoon for a doctor's appointment. If I needed an afternoon off for an appointment I was accused of going on other job interviews. Was openly called names and yelled at in the middle of the office. I was lied to on my birthday and tricked into working late. Upper management favor employees that dress more fashionably. When complaints were mentioned to HR, management turned on the employees and took it out on them more.
