Disorganised, bad leadership, and a toxic work environment. Most of the leadership has no idea what they are doing. No actual training in managing people, nor do they really know how to run a business/agency. Toxic egos create tension on projects and amongst teams. The work gets repetitive because leadership chooses to pitch the same work over and over again. Which in turn loses them the pitches, usually. Most of the culture leaves within a year because of the bad working conditions and leadership. They don?t have enough money to hire actually resources so employees are over worked. No actually growth can be seen in a role.
