Do not do business with this company. The owner doesn't care about his workers. Hostile environment, no communication, no benefits unless you consider COBRA insurance you can afford. No paid sick days or vacation, no growth potential , owner has no idea how to run a company or how to talk with his people. You can get the same installation at a better price. The workers this past year put together a Christmas party on their own doing with not a penny spent from the owners. We fed everyone including the owner who said for New Year he will throw a party then came they day and he asked us if we brought food in for it. Who does that. People don't leave bad jobs , They leave because of bad bosses , bad management. I have worked in bad jobs before but this is my first review of any company.
