Do not recommend working here! I don't recommend working here. Most employees are laid off 3-5 months after. The turn over is high! If you want to be micro mange and like someone who is often moody and crabby and will fire you with out warning or notice this is the place. No review will be given to allow you to make changes to what you were fired for. This is a toxic work place. You will get emails where you are being yelled at and spoken to rudely and although you're told you can contribute you will not be able to do so freely. Often You get will sent emails or pop up visits attempting to intimidate you or question you on topics he or she has no experience or background in. Not only is it weird but it's uncomfortable but manage allows it. Rather than directly working and leading you one on one management will not address you. There is no HR so many problems are not handled well and unfair treatment is likely. It's not a good place to work and the sister hood behind the brand is not what others and I experienced ! Additionally the office has gossip to you about other employees, its very high school and lacking leadership.
