Do not work at the Spring House location. The upper management seemed to be oblivious to all the favoritism and even nepotism that went on here. I worked here for four years and my co-workers and assistant managers were incredibly cliquey and gossipy--probably because the employees were mostly high-school students. Promotions and perks were not given based on how hard you worked or whether you went the extra mile, they were based on whether you seemed "cool" and were tight with the right people. For example, the most undesirable jobs were given to people lower on the social ladder, while the favorite employees got the easiest jobs and excessive privileges (got to sit around in the back and not do anything for hours on end, were allowed to go out and get food or frozen yogurt, etc.) The undesirable jobs (which I always got) were exhausting and required standing for hours on end, and the pay is minimum wage. The company doesn't restock often, so customers were often angry during late summer when they couldn't find what they needed. This is a very high stress job, would not recommend.
