Don't bother If you liked high school, clicks, gossip, snitches and teacher's pets, you'll love it here. HR does not lead with encouragement, but believes that employees who are nervous to lose their job will work harder. Several partners (one in particular) participate in snitching on assistants, making a point to listen to private conversations. Several secretaries like to make other secretaries miserable with nasty attitudes, being bullies or being outwardly racist. The prior HR manager had a term for it, something like the "black girls club". Other secretaries refuse to learn aspects of Word, like formatting or tables and hand off their work to other secretaries or the only overflow secretary. The overflow secretary takes her time in completing work while she mingles, gossips and watches movies on her iPad. The president has his issues with remaining professional with certain women staff members ... it's a joke. No job is worth this stress or depressive atmosphere!!! It's its own world.
