Don't recommend working here Classic organization that over-promises and under-delivers to clients putting client facing employees in difficult situations, forced to explain to clients why they can't deliver. Lack of middle managers to help grow employee skill sets or managers that are so over extended they are worthless. Upper management is unresponsive to suggestions for improvement. They hear the same requests over and over but make no changes. Employees using old technology - manager won't upgrade. Pay is considerably lower than industry standard.
