Dysfunctional Family While they try to call themselves a family, it is one big dysfunctional family. Very disorganized and while there are some great middle management people, the top brass along with its bank partner sell the family culture while grabbing huge chucks of revenue from the business before any 'profit' is allowed to flow to the "family members"... Their main success is within their internet lead business from Costco and that platform pushes low internet rates with low commissions.... If you are a manager being recruited for your own branch and they show you any kind of expected proforma for your branch or they show you their pricing, be VERY suspicious since they typically will jack prices up once you are in the door and you are stuck with crazy high rates if you want anything left over after the bank and the upper brass take their pieces...Rather than a family atmosphere there is a bit of high school drama among some middle managers trying to impress the CEO... Not a serious mortgage banker but is a business which is sold as a family but is set up as a money grab for the bank and the top management.
