Felt like slavery Corporate and local management only cared about numbers. Work/home-life balance was largely unbalanced. Management did not allow employees to leave clock-out until they were satisfied with the amount of work completed, regardless of how long your day was. It was not unusual for management to force employees to work 12+ hour shifts, sometimes up to 20 hour shifts. Upper management did not care about their employees.
