Great Mission; Weak Senior Management Not proactive. There is a lot of mission creep. Senior leadership cannot make decisions so every top manager needs to be involved. They do not trust staff to do their jobs. One senior exec had limited knowledge of even the most basic technology. For example - did not know how to use track changes. Required printing, writing edits on a document, having ssistant scan and then email to the originator of the document. Need to see the bigger picture. Hasn't had a 4-star rating by Charity Navigator since 2003. Perhaps being less bogged down on minutiae and more focused on the bigger picture would boost this very important ranking. I would not donate to this organization until issues are addressed.
