Great potential, but poor management I can confirm everything in the review named "Cheap". My two cents. The company is poorly managed. Nobody knows who does what. They camouflage this as a "matrix organization", but it is in fact an anarchy. No procedure for introducing new employees. Management routinely hires people who happen to be without a job for various reasons and fire them if they do not see fit. As another reviewer mentioned, you can be moved without a warning. Furthermore, you can be asked to move to another state with a few days warning. Office really sucks. No windows, some parts have very bad ventilation and indeed stink. There is a nice C-level space with a separate bathroom. Everyone else has to use a second class bathroom on the other side of the building. It looks like the back of the building is still a body shop or something.
