Highly disorganized Poor management, instead of guidance and helpfulness you get a supervisor who never explains where things are i.e supplies, allergy information. Instead of being walked through on your first day, you are scold for doing things wrong (yet nothing was explained) I mean it would be common sense, New staff, Oh hey maybe I should teach them the ropes, nope I'm just going to let them figure it out and then tell them what they did wrong. Yes, because that is what leadership is. People lie on their time-sheets and then everyone is penalized for it, its unfair when the team leader knew who it was. There is a huge lack of communication. They are cheap, they won't rent a bus for trips, they won't even get a pass from the mta for the students and staff. There is no love for what they do, I want to actually influence children, not yell at them from the start like they do. This place has made me want to choose a new career path.
