Hopefully The Mill will figure it out My time at the mill was disturbing. The pay is not enough to live even when you work 86hrs a week. Promotions never happen and if they do it will go to someone that has been waiting 3 years for it. Even though we had hundreds of artists in the office we still hired freelancers on a weekly basis and they made almost double what employees made. This was my dream company to work for and It's unfortunate the work environment turned out to be this way.
