It was like living a recurring nightmare every single day. Upper management has no respect for their employees. They feel as though they can speak to people however they want because no one will put them in their place. I would never step foot back in that Godforsaken ?firm? ( If you can even call it that). The environment there is SO TOXIC. They take on so many clients knowing damn well they?re understaffed. If you want to be overworked and underpaid and spoken to like a slave then by all means go ahead and apply to work there BUT if you?re a sane individual who has any self respect then take this advice and work elsewhere.
