MAKE SURE THEY DON'T UNDERPAY YOU Lack of flexibility in projects - since the firm is really small, you can't really choose your projects. If you're stuck with clients you don't like dealing with, well, you're stuck. Also, they grossly underpay their employees - probably because they are immigrants and don't negotiate. However, if you are senior, you do enjoy a lot of freedom. It's not the worst first job, but jump ship as soon as you think you've gained enough credentials - if you wait to be promoted... good luck.
