Miserable, Awful, Toxic, Wage Theft
Toxic environment. Constant shouting and abuse from the CEO. Vocal is a horrible product, and every suggested improvement will be ignored. I was interviewed to be hired as a regular employee but when I got the job I was told the first few months would be a probationary period where I would be hired on contract/temp basis, paid hourly with no benefits and no paying into unemployment. A week before I was supposed to go full-time, I was laid off. This happened to multiple people. Also I regularly worked more than 40 hours/week and was never paid my overtime even though it was in the hiring agreement.
