Mixed feelings On the surface Berliss's location in Livingston NJ seems Ideal. Unfortunately the building is a dirty, greasy, and wet old facility. Even the office where customers and vendors come to visit is old, with debris around the windows. The business is run by a man who has bursts of anger that terrifies his employees to the point everyone is afraid to make a mistake. Often the staff joke and ask "Is Monday rules in effect?" because the mgr changes the rules and opinion everyday. Whatever decision a employee makes one day is second guessed or Monday morning quarterbacked the next day. Not sure if staff will be around forever, except that they are afraid to move on. The manager often makes one of his best employee cry (usually when he's on a business trip). Very dysfunctional management style.
