Mixture of Korean Hierarchy and American Gossip Girl Culture
Where do I even begin? Ethics. The managing attorney tells their employees to leave a fake review for her company to bring clients. The clients overpay and constantly debates over her price and the quality of her work. Oh, the gossips. The managing attorney loves to gossip. She gossips about other employees behind their backs, and of course, her all-time favorite, to the manager. The manager does not speak English well. She cannot put together a full sentence without having it be grammatically incorrect but she gets paid more than any of the office's staff members because she's the boss's favorite. It's is very difficult to accommodate the managing attorney and the office manager's mood. They are constantly riding a mood rollercoaster together. If they are having a bad day, they will give you one too. The office cannot seem to take constructive criticism or answer any questions which are critical when training. The principal attorney and the manager who operates the company is not professional at all. You cannot expect any health benefits or any kind of benefits or a raise. Please flee from this company.
