Never Again Staff socialize too much makes it hard to focus, poor job structure, over worked & under paid. Management is petty and tends to nitpick too much. Overload you with too many tasks then get mad if you can't complete all the tasks. They give you little to know time to learn the job properly because they are too busy trying to dump more duties on you. Medical benefits are not worth it if you have a family.
