NGP Van Pays Women of Color lower than other employees NGP Van serves progressive organizations and considers itself to be a progressive workplace , it definitely is not. I came into NGP with more work experience than other account executives. I was an employee that consistently exceeded expectations. But also, as a woman of color, I made less than ALL of my colleagues. NGP perpetuates unequal pay for women of color. NGP is NOT a welcoming environment to people of color, especially women of color. Colleagues often made me feel isolated and unwelcome. For a company that supports Unions and other progressive organizations committed to workers' equality, pay, and work place culture -- they should take some recommendations from their clients.
