Not a good Company at all A bad environment. Very very old fashioned technology stacks. Despite being a medium sized company, it have a lot of management problems as there is no clear managerial hierarchy. they always talk about agile but they have no idea how to work with it. They don't follow the software development standards, like clean code. Very poor infrastructure in terms of servers. Too much managers. The compny owner interfere in every detail within the IT department, he acts like a CTO and product owner, and the management is unfortunately coward.
