Not a good place to work first off no one mentions that this work is in a call center. expectations are constantly chnaging and theres no good or clear training on what is expected of you promotions are promised but then come the time an excuse is given and you are forced to wait even more time. Collection calls are big part of the job and this was never mentioned in the initial interview. furthermore calls often go out on past due accounts that are not really past due, which is not only a stress on the customer but also puts the employees in a bad spot. furthermore employees outside of the call center look down on those within the call center
