Not worth it Everything was unorganized -Management was not supportive of employees and rude. Questionable ethics. Owner described a client with a mental disability with the "R" word. -Unethical in keeping clients who were NOT appropriate for our care. Kept for financial reasons and severely disrupted and hindered other client's progress. -Be prepared to be overworked. You will bring your work home with you do to the amount of paperwork. I frequently did not have time for lunch or even bathroom breaks in attempt to try to maintain a work-life balance. They also promised you wouldn't have a caseload of more than 15, but because everyone keeps quitting they had to break that all the time. -No therapists last more than 6 months. When I got there, they had cycled through at least 6 therapist within a year... that's why you see ads for them all the time. They can't keep anyone because the way they treat their employees. I don't know a single therapist who is not upper management who is still employed there.
