One of the most unprofessional firms I have ever seen Completely unprofessional management Partners constantly gossiped & spoke badly about employees behind other's back -No respect for the professional development of employees in terms of on the job training, promotion etc No appreciation for talented employees, or employees who are very dedicated to the job Partners spoke poorly about Private Equity clients and would constantly complain about their "stupidity" Very poor work environment in regards to management of projects, never productive criticism, always negative feedback and no conversation regarding how to improve The strategy of the firm which is sold during initial interviews for potential candidates is that the firm will turn into a M&A like server provider to the PE funds, which is a complete lie, it is 100% headhuntingPoor communication between partners, an obvious dislike and dis-respect for one another (both speak poorly behind their backs) Within 1 year, the company has seen 7 people leave and now has 2 full employees (excluding PA & Partners), It is speculated that charges to clients are over-calculated It has been constantly stated by one partner that "women will get their promotion in life when they have children and not in the work place"
