Poor quality of services/ Corrupt Civil engineers in the office fail to demonstrate they understand fundamentals of civil engineering. They are cooking solutions instead of reflecting and using basic tools to solve problems. Sometimes I wonder how they managed to earn a civil engineering degree. The work is poorly completed because engineers here have poor skills and they are not properly trained by the company. They can only complete successfully the most extraordinarily simple tasks while the work is not always that simple. Managers do not communicate properly so I can tell they don't fully understand what the client expects. As a result, our efficiency is severely impacted in a negative manner. There are lots of unnecessary exchanges between clients and managers that could be eliminated if managers are a little smarter. Turnover is very high because once employees realize how business is conducted they find another place to grow. Those who stay here cannot go anywhere else for now.
