Poorly run The cons would sink a ship, they are endless. Literally the most unprofessional, catty environment that I have even experienced. No standards, no policy enforcement, no fair treatment to guests. If they knew someone was going to spend money, they would drop 10 guests to help that one. Hiring was based off of looks and not qualifications, which led to training issues since core competencies were not present. Very little support from HQ.
