Regional Sales Director: Dekkers USA/Dekkers International/Dekkers Visual Communications, B.V. DEKKERS NEVER PAID COMMISSIONS TO ME NOR REIMBURSED FOR WEB DOMAIN AND OTHER TASK EXPENDITURES: I slaved getting them introduced into the market in the United States....spent literally minute, 7 days a week, every base salary check went into traveling more to get Dekkers into not only the most competitive market for signage in the Brewing Industry(very political) but I also was working against replacing Neon Beer signs with Dekkers LED Neon altogether (basically impossible considering 30+ year vendor relationships and Neon companies sabotaging the phasing out of their products) Dishonest and false promises in regards to my pay upon setting up accounts 500 Qty Minimum Order for the Signs I sold averaging 100-235$ each so only larger breweries(big politics) in order to land the accounts Client transactions from initial contact, first in person visit, rendering of design, negotiations, prototype delivery, order confirmation and payment, production, shipping from China, logistics to client warehouse took and average of 6 months and you aren't paid until shipped.....which is how I was cut out of the commissions of the accounts I sold and obtained permanently for Dekkers to profit from. Never received W-2 nor a 1099 for taxes in order to file what little I did receive. No benefits. Horrible Communication with no formal reporting forms to know what you turn in is too detailed and bothers them or isn't enough and they limit communication until you get another big lead or re-order.
