Run as far away and as quickly as you can.... Whoever described the company as the owner's own private fiefdom in an earlier review could not have written a more accurate assessment. You're either in with "Napoleon" or not and if you're not, expect to be axed. If you are a clueless frat bro with a thoroughly empty skillset, as long as you root for the right sports teams, have no fear- you will be fast tracked to a vice president title. This job was a waste of my time and my talent and I am embarrassed to to have this place listed on my resume. I should just say I spent those years at Ringling's Clown College. It would be much better received.
