Sales This family run business does not appear to be committed to customers and employees. Rather, it's management first, everyone else second. Some departments including swimming, fitness, tennis, racquetball and energy center have had quite a number of key employees resign due to poor senior management and office politics. It is my understanding that the club's management was sued by some current and former employees a few years ago for not paying staff for hours worked. The club settled the case. I would not recommend working at the club as a career step for mid or high level managers as it is not worth the political stress. You can get better pay and more benefits at other companies.
