Soulless place, Poor Senior Management
Senior management are uninspiring and hard to look up to. Group of senior team members who have been there forever and don't work particularly hard or seem open to doing things differently. Claim to care about the environment and then get paid to make sausage packaging. Poor management and development of staff. Mangers mainly care about getting the work done. Generally not a friendly group of people, very cliquey. Late night working culture, almost as a badge of honour.
