Stay Away.. Toxic Culture. . Mgmt is a Joke.. Company doesn't provide any onboarding or training yet you will get in trouble over and over again for doing things or not doing things you were never told or trained to do. The mgmt have absolutely NO idea how real companies operate. no prospect to grow career - there's an extremely insecure and incompetent inner circle of ppl who get all the credit for everything good that happens in the company. They've been there for 10+ yrs kissing god knows what and are infallible. They stay to milk the company because they know they can't get a better deal anywhere else. The project managers and everyone else slave away unnoticed. All the smart ppl leave knowing they can't grow and fed up with the toxic culture leading to extremely high turnover. Everyone's either new (under 1.5-2 yrs) or over 10-15 yrs.... There's also a super inappropriate dynamic between the upper mgmt.... which is highly disturbing & noticeable to any functioning adult. The ppl involved can't seem to care less.. It's highly disturbing.............. and beyond unprofessional.
