Stay Away Manager/Co-Founder is emotionally unstable, presents poor leadership and delegation, and is generally a difficult person to work for. The office environment is toxic, full of backstabbing, disloyal and drama-ridden women (yeah, he hires primarily women) who will run you out the door in less than a week. The turnover is insane - people are hired and fired more than I've ever thought a company was allowed to do. I was fired because I "didn't develop a personal relationship with him (the boss)" so that should tell you enough. He fired me and is on the 3rd replacement for me in less than a month. My advice, stay away. No growth, poor pay, bad people.
