Stay Way from this company Exeltis is a terrible organization with no leadership and clear direction as a business. They have a CEO who clearly has no knowledge of the business and does not exhibit any leadership. He is in position to be a puppet of the owners located in Spain who also have no clear understanding of the business and the US market and regulations. Just in six months, more than 12 people left the company after they laid off employees who were knowledgeable but not amenable to cut corners. Also, the HR department is completely void of space and money considering they are completely incompetent and assist in breaking the labor laws.
