Steer clear!!! In a name, Michael...the owner: he is the absolute WORST communicator ever. He is solely concerned with image and has entrepreneurial ADD. Can't be bothered to learn about his primary products and will only surround himself with "yes men" and yes...men. He a sexist jerk that has no coffee knowledge and has no internal structure to speak of. He has no respect for his employees or anyone for that matter.
