Terrible and discouraging
My experience at creative click media was awful. I?m shocked to see so many positive reviews, his employees must be brainwashed. How can you say such positive things about a company who pays you less than $15 for the amount of work you have to put in with no manager presence at the office? No raises? The owner is conceited and cares more about his own personal interests. He cycles through non-paid interns and has them contribute to projects he is getting paid a decent salary for, which I?m pretty sure is illegal. I often witnessed the manager talking badly about other employees and interns. It is not an encouraging work place. You are basically on your own, there is little to no guidance or structure in the office. The owner is quick to point fingers and criticize your work but doesn?t take the time to turn it into a learning experience. Often times he leaves his young son in the office while he is out doing ?business,? which is unprofessional and very distracting. He cares more about his own online business of selling yoga mats. I?ve also witnessed him bad mouthing his own clients in the office to other employees. There is no room to grown within the company. I?ve witnessed people break down crying because of the work load.
