Terrible Management Those kingdoms are constantly at war for power and positioning of their own agenda at the expense of everyone else. Leaders are too immature for the job. "The culture is too polite" is used as an excuse to be rude, condescending, impolite, and a jerk. The culture is dead, it's just a job now. Not a modern software company skills, and technologies haven't advanced beyond the early 2000s. Desire to do and build what customers want, but in the end it's an empty promise: product knows best and just builds what they want and thinks will sell. Good people are leaving
