The boss/owner is literally insane. Only work here if you like to be abused constantly. The owner/boss enjoys working nearly every day just so that he can belittle and assert his control over every individual who works for him. I can't tell you how many days he openly verbally abused employees in front of the entire staff. There is NO pleasing him. Some days he is jolly and happy but those moments are fleeting. He should be on medication and NOT in charge of a company/staff.
