The worst company I have ever worked for - NOT Exagerating Where to start? This company has a very toxic culture. People in management positions have been promoted over their abilities and use fear and intimidation as management tools. No benefits, and low pay. Training is almost non-existent; if you are a technician you will get to ride along with another tech for 1-2 weeks where you may or may not actually get to do any jobs, and then be sent to the field. They provide no uniforms, just a few T-shirts or polos. When you leave, they will charge you $300 for these! If you want to work in this business there are more reputable and stable companies you might consider, such as Ryco or Pirtek. They actually provide their employees proper training and decent pay. If for some reason you do decide to work here, just remember when you quit DO NOT give them notice. I made the mistake of giving the professional courtesy of a 2 week notice (as required per their rules) and was cut loose immediately with no pay. Stay classy, Hose Tech.
